Pašlaik firma “Apple” sadarbojas ar firmu “Gn Resound”, lai 2014. gada martā laistu apgrozībā iPhone digitālo dzirdes aparātu lietotājiem. „GN Store Nord Linx” dzirdes aparātiem „Bluetooth” funkcija novērš nepieciešamību lietot atsevišķu raidītāju.
“Bluetooth” funkcijai līdzīga tehnoloģija ļaus dzirdes aparātu lietotājiem uztvert balsi un mūziku no iPhone. Firma „Apple” vēlas diskutēt ar citām dzirdes aparātu ražotājfirmām par 2.4 GHz „Bluetooth” tehnoloģiju (Apple iPhone 5S, iPhone 5.c, iPhone 4S).
